Returning laptop to bestbuy?

I bought the most expensive warranty. 3 Year one against everything etc etc. The question is.... could I return my laptop and switch it for one with a bigger fan? My reason is that I am not satisfied with the product and that I have been living with this burning oven on my lap for quite a while. I have am concerned as I am a male and I wouldn't want to become sterile. I have checked the temperature with the program everest and average temperature is around 90 Celsius reaching a maximum of 106 Celsius.
