How can I accept people's flaws?

Realize that you, as a human being, have flaws yourself. Accept your own flaws as such, then understand that all people have flaws. Also, try to be more patient with others. Realize that they have a job to do too, and if they do not meet your standards for whatever reason, then it is no reason to humiliate them in front of others. Basically, just try some patience and kindness.
