GTA IV help?

I just finished jimmy pe[C]orino's [cheese] missions. i killed Ray boccino and finished phil bells missions. I finished Gamb-Gravelli missions. My guide book says now all i have to do is wait for UL paper contact to call and tell me about darko brevic, but he hasnt called yet. I've been waiting like 2 in game days if not more. (probably more) I did one of the in missions, but no more. I'm still waiting and he hasnt called. Other than the in thing, i have nothing to do. does anyone know why he hasn't called yet? i doubt its because of the in thing, cuz my last playthrough of the game, i'm pretty sure i did those towards the end of the game. i could be wrong though.
