Let's Just Say That There Are No Laws For One Day... What Would Happen?

In paragraph two, you equate crime and morality. People who are moral are not driven to that state by your government. These same moral people might not wear a seat belt, use a cell phone while driving, drive with an expired inspection sticker. Those people who work as generic thieves would not kill because the witnesses are irrelevant. I would never reveal my intent to a stranger.
