Need help to lose weight!?
Splenda makes you hungrier. Try drinking regular water. Also any kind of tea will get you nowhere. All it does is make you hungrier. But if your sick of water drink green tea, it won't hurt you. You need to jog, not walk, as much as possible. At first you can walk, but jogging burns more calories faster than walking. Eat fruits and vegetables a lot, and drink nonfat milk and whole wheat bread. You can have salad, but remember it's the dressing that is fattening! The 2 things you HAVE to stay away from are SALT and SODA. They will ruin EVERYTHING.
