Internet speed question / gaming?

I have a nvidia 6150LE gaming card. on a 2005 a1540n AMD 64x2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ 1.79ghz, 1.93GB OF RAM. I play an online game called KUMA. I would like to be faster. I rebooted and don't have any spyware nor viruses. I'm only using 14gb out of 225 gb on c drive. How can I go faster?? Better Vid Card??? I have13-16DL and 1-2 UL Mps.. What can I do to be faster than the competition??
