Bellyon piercing?

it didn't hurt me when i got it done a few years ago. just make sure you go to a professional. mine costed $25 with a belly ring included. it would have been cheaper but the belly ring i chose had a diamond so it might also depend on which one belly ring you choose. i belive 13 is too young to get it done but hey i can't blame you lol i got mine done when i was 14. of course as with any other piercing they use a needle. the only difference is that the needle is much longer in order to get it completely through your naval. I haven't heard about that tearing out and finished growing part but it shouldn't matter just be sure to take care of it or else you'll get infected. I'm sorry I don't know of a place in Regina.
