How to adjust the Stock on an Airsoft Gun?

I have a Clic Army M15A4 RIS and the crane stock cant adjust because the adjuster broke off. Is there any way to get the stock to adjust? For example, can i take of the stock and adjust it off of the gun, then put the stock back on?
