No. The legislation is designed to enable the FDA and Department of Agriculture to 'track back' food in the m markets to their point of origin in order to help determine the source of food borne illnesses (such as when spinach was tainted with e coli and causing food poisoning and deaths.) That's real scary right, being able to find out where tainted food is coming from in order to prevent people from being poisoned?
