Could anybody offer a website that fully explains general/special relativity?

I understand matrices/inverse matrices completely, but I'm only in Algebra II so I'm not sure the entire mathematical explanation would be plausible. However, any websites in plain English that would fully explain general/special relativity and other correlating concepts? (: Thank you in advance.
