Wanting to get a Nursing istant job...What are my chances of landing the job?

I planning on applying for a night shift nursing istant job. I have an ociates of Arts degree, majored at PU in health promotion (however, fell 2 semester short of completion), and then finished up with a General Bachelors degree at IUPUI. I want to be in the Health field and feel that this could be my way. Are there any NA out there that can give me any advice? Do you like your job? Do you feel you get paid well? Any advice and info would be great!
