Turbo C++ Help! How could I make this?

How could I make a videoke-like program that would play Do Re Mi song and the lyrics will be highlighted/underlined spontaneously as the note per lyric(word) is being played. I already programmed the music/notes but I dont know how to start with the lyrics. Help
