Yes I think you can recover from this, it's okay to splurge once in a while. Chinese food is very high in sodium (salt), which causes water retention and bloating. And it seems you had a bit of fatty food (the oil used to cook the nuggets and rangoons), just be careful and don't eat too much fried foods. Your breakfast I think was okay, actually healthy so good job. If you get hungry at any time during the rest of the day stick to eating fruits and vegetables like apples, oranges, gs, carrots, celery and broccoli.
