Anyone know this movie about an older lady in Europe that starts selling pot?

I think it's a few years old. I believe it takes place in Scotland or Ireland but I could be wrong. I think her gardener helps her grow and sell marajuna plants. I saw it a while back and thought it was good but now I can't remember the title! I would consider the genre "independent" and also "foreign" (although it's English speaking). If you know what I'm talking about please let me know so that I may rent it again.
